I have found the right company for Sub Zero needs. I had an issue with cooling and spoke to the owner, Joe, who was incredibly nice and assigned someone to come and get to the bottom of the issue. Andreas was assigned and what a nice and knowledgeable tech. He really did fantastic work and made a recommendation for repair which he then had all the parts for and was able to complete the job quickly. Would highly recommend this company.

My subzero freezer Was not keeping temperature. I called the company and they came the same day. A certified technician came but it was a complicated job. Finally John the owners came to fix it himself. My Subzero Repair was tricky and took them at least five hours over 2 days. John took it as a personal challenge to make my subzero freezer work! He had to come back the next day but he managed to fix it. He did a great job and overall the price was reasonable for a repair of a subzero ( I never thought I would ever say that phrase!) He could have charged more because freezer are a necessity during this pandemic, but he didn’t. I would highly recommend them.
2025 update: I called and they came the next day. They serviced my subzero and did a great job! The technicians were polite and respectful. It wasn’t inexpensive, but I have a subzero and it’s part of ownership I hope I don’t have to use them again anytime soon but if do, I will be calling them again!

My refrigerator was freezing up inside . I was hesitant to bring anyone in because of Covid-19. I emailed Sub -Zero Repair by Certified Refrigeration LLC and quickly received a return call from John. What followed was amazing! I have no experience working with Sub -Zero . John troubleshot with me directly on phone. He patiently walked me through things to check. After diagnosing he walked me through a logical fix , all while remaining on phone with me throughout process. Now this was a Friday night , around 7pm! He even included videos to watch. He not only fixed the problem (my refrigerator in no longer freezing !), but he really provided lots of useful information about my model. His knowledge and care are unmatched . I would recommend to any and all who need a Sub-Zero and / or Wolf appliance repair.
