My subzero freezer was malfunctioning and I called this company for a repair. Spoke to the owner, Joe, this morning and the repair person, John, came out within one hour. John was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. He diagnosed the problem easily and proceeded to repair right away. During the process, he gave many tips of DIY maintenance tips which I appreciated. And, the cost of repair was reasonable. The whole experience was very pleasant and money well spent!
I highly recommend this company for any Subzero repairs without any reservation!

We had John service our 22 year old sub zero. He is a 10” in our book. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable ( extremely so), and gave us options as to the route that we should take in repairing our old refrigerator. He fixed it. It runs like new. He is the best!! You will have complete confidence in him. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. How refreshing to have someone like him.
