They deliver on all their sales-related commitments, thoroughly and in a timely manner. I’ve never had a bad experience working with them in the purchase of a vehicle. The only criticism I have is that their “Quick Lane” service isn’t really so “quick”. I want a service where I can schedule an oil change for a specific time and, when I arrive at my appointed time, they immediately begin the oil change service and not put me later in the queue. Otherwise, why make a reservation if you still have to wait in line behind those who didn’t make a reservation?

Well, being a first time new car buyer (ever) my experience was mixed. Both exhilarating and confusing. Mike was a first rate salesperson. (can't say men anymore) He was knowable and all-around great to work with. He let me take the maverick home to see if it would fit under my hoist, and bought me stubby antenna to make sure I had clearance!! Now I call that a sales guy!! Once I make it my own, I know I will love my new maverick.

Phenomenal folks. Went in to ask a question about towing capacity cause I was in the market for a truck. Not only did they answer my question and showed me the manufacturing information they even had what I was looking for on the lot. Dan and I worked out a deal and I drove out of there with a nicer truck then I was originally planning to get. The only downside was that they don’t deliever Used vehicles with a full tank of gas so my first stop after leaving was the gas station. Besides that I’ve already recommended them to people I know.
