I worked with Esteban to purchase a new vehicle. He was very knowledgable about the product and committed to making the purchasing process as efficient as possible. We spoke on the phone for a few minutes. I stopped at the dealership and I was in and out in less than an hour. He had my new truck, sparkling clean, warmed up and washed and full of fuel, waiting for me when I arrived.

My normal dealership is Grindstone Ford but they did not have the vehicle that I was looking for. Midway Ford was just as small town and personable as Grindstone Ford which is located in Sandstone and has about half of the people working as Midway. This really speaks volumes to the training and the hiring process at Midway Ford utilizes.
