As a first time customer at Midway Ford they made us feel like part of their family. Very friendly staff and our salesman Bob was on top of everything. He was very helpful getting into the perfect vehicle and we felt the price for the new vehicle and our trade in value was more than fair.

My husband took his Ford truck to sell as Midway responded to an inquiry. They were courteous, friendly, verified his information and made him a top offer to purchase. Matt who handles both purchasing vehicles and sales was excellent to work with in all respects. My husband was also interested in a Ford Escape and Matt told him about one that just came off of a two year lease. We came back with the truck title and test drove the Ford Escape. It had everything my husband wanted in his next vehicle. Throughout the whole process Matt was respectful and not pushy to sell a car but rather show my husband something that matched his interest. Midway got a nice truck to resell and my husband got his dream car! Midway Ford is a family business and it shows in how they treat their customers. They will be his new car dealer going forward. They are really good at making sure the cars and everything is up to date. They make sure to help with parts and inspections before sending them out. All in all great care and great cars.
