While on the way to Midway Ford to have fluids changed in our F350, we started seeing multiple codes for our def system. Midway diagnosed the problem (a mouse chewed up the wiring harness for the def system), they fixed the issue, and still changed the fluids as initially planned. They are hard working, talented, and respectful. We’ve used Midway Ford for years and will continue to do so!!

I was very happy with how Dan followed up with my used car inquiry. He checked in 3 times... not too much and not too little. He was very helpful and friendly when both my husband and I stopped at different times to test-drive the car. He was both professional and friendly. Once we zeroed in on the car, he was willing to work with us on a couple of items, unlike 2 other dealerships that we had also visited. When we decided to buy we were there in the evening and they stayed open past their operating hours to close the deal. They had the car for an extra day to change the cabin filter, we couldn't get back up there for quite a few days so he offered to drive our newly purchased used car to our house. (Again, this was definitely not the case with another dealer we had visited.) After purchase when I called the dealership to see if we could still purchase specialty plates, the woman, Christy was very helpful and friendly. Overall a lovely place to do business. I can definitely tell it is a family run business and the employees there care.
