The staff at Midway Ford were so incredibly helpful. They listened to me. They explain everything in detail, they ARE NOT condescending nor do they try to upsell you or recommend unnecessary work. They were quick even though they were busy! I would definitely call them again for any service I need on my ford in the future.

My daughter’s car would not start while she was at college and once she got it charged enough to be able to drive, Nick was able to fit her in, get her battery replaced, make her feel better about the situation, and she was still able to make it back to school on time.
