Dear Sir,
As we were pulling our 32-foot RV from Little Falls, MN to Alabama on the 27th of Nov we suddenly experienced a very rough running engine on our F-150. We were already on the 694 around Minneapolis and were able to pull off about a ¼ mile down the road and park at a Holiday Gas Station. Being it was already in the evening we slept in the RV and the next morning made our way to Midtown Ford in Roseville MN. The Service Advisor, Dave Tichenor, who conferred with one of his top knowledgeable mechanics, correctly diagnosed that the rough running engine was likely because of a stuck open high pressure fuel injector.
Since it was already Wednesday afternoon, the day before Thanksgiving, Dave’s hope was that the repair could be started after the long weekend on the following Monday, which it was. What a relief when Dave said that we could park our RV in Midway Ford’s fenced in parking lot. Also, it was a pleasant surprise to find out that Midway Ford had a full rental vehicle department. This allowed us to conveniently rent a reasonably priced car for the Thanksgiving weekend and spent that time with family back in Little Falls. It was so nice to move our luggage and other personal items from our truck to the rental car inside the maintenance shop with outside temperatures below 20 degrees.
My wife and I are both retired military and were honored when a military discount was afforded us. Now, having settled into our Alabama home, we reflect on how many levels the professionals at Midway Ford helped us get back on the road in a timely manner, and we really appreciate it. Thank you!
