Great experience with midway ford!! Saw a truck that fit my budget and criteria for family, safety, and features i was looking for. Esteban my sales guy was absolutely amazing! Help me with everything I need and more. I was in a unique situation with my gladiator just being totaled from an accident, but the financial team at midway ford was able to secure me a new loan!! Really appreciate everyone at midway ford!! Even though I had a great experience buying the truck I can not say the same about them fixing problems I have they broke my sunroof which is the full roof and will not fix it. I had the truck for 6 day brought it in to get something else fixed which took them almost 5 days to do so and then when I went to pickup my truck the sunroof was broken I never touched it cuz of all the cold weather but on the day I picked it up it was 50 degrees. I tried to get the situation resolved but they said it was not there problem and would not fix it. I have not had the truck in my possession for more then 6 days before it had to get fixed and then on top of that they broke the sunroof. Please do not buy used from midway ford they clearly don't care about their customers and what is right. I bought from them cuz I thought they were a family business that did good business I was definitely proving wrong stay away from midway ford they are bad for business
