This last experience was horrible. I had them install a rear strut, it later rattled. Brought it back and they blew it off, I asked them to look again and they came back said it's the sway bar and charged me 88 bucks for looking at it. I brought it home and it took me about 2 minutes without even jacking the car up to see it was the strut making the noise. I replaced it problem fixed. I thought the sway bar was tight, brought it to a different place that said it was good. Finally, I brought it in to the original Ford dealer to get a new tire in the front (made sure it was a different service manager on the weekend) asked they look at the sway bar in the back while they had the car: surprise, sway bar was good! Drove home and now the car pulls to the right , clunks in front (remember, THIS trip was for a front problem) and out of the blue the rear caliper leaks. Geez. And they were so good before, I've had probably 12,000 of business with them over the years.
