I love they were able to get my vehicle in right away. I typically have to wait a week or more .Jake was great. He kept me informed of what was going on with my vehicle. The staff was very polite and considerate.

Excellent Service

Rented a 12 passenger van. It was so much more manageable than a 15 passenger van. Staff helped me modify seats to accommodate 8 adults. Van was clean with low miles. Van got 20 mpg and was very comfortable. Staff was excellent! I would highly recommend renting here.

Great service… but the price is becoming prohibitive-almost $100 for the works?! That would be an oil change, tire rotation and top off fluids?…

Great service, great people. Brought my Mustang GT in for an oil change and an inspection of the differential under warranty. Got a clean bill of health and was headed home in an hour. They had some cool vehicles to look at to in their inventory.

Every time I go to Midway Ford it's always a great experience the customer service is great both Chris and Nick are friendly, knowledgeable and do a wonderful job of making sure they attend to the customers needs of vehicals in a timely manner. The auto technicians have experienced with a variety of the Ford vehicles from compact, midsize, luxury, suv to Super Duty Trucks and more. Today my auto technician was Sylas he did my oil change and inspected my vehical and Chris at the front desk made sure that I had all detailed information in print out of what was done as well.
