I really dislike buying vehicles. So I researched what I wanted for years since it was a want and not a need. I found it at Midway and gave it a quick look when I arrived. When I went inside Charlie greeted me and I informed him that I’d like to drive the truck. He grabbed the keys and away we went on nice longer drive. He explained things as we drove while keeping the feeling like I was driving with a friend, no pressure. I decided to buy and went to get my trade which my son had. The team at Midway asked me about my car, drove it and gave me a fair price, one I had gotten before. I was thinking this transaction is a smooth as buying a pair of shoes. One small hiccup in financing and I was off next week in my truck. Charlie covered everything at delivery and programmed the door code for me with an easy to remember format without my asking. No pressure, friendly service. I bought at Midway because of how Charlie handled the process.

Great experience using the Quicklane at Midway Ford. Got there at 6:40 before they open and was pleased to see there was a take a number sign. This helped alleviate people budding in line or confusion as to who is there first. This has been a problem at two other dealerships in the North metro. The technician got us all signed in with a half an hour, and my car was finished around noon. Much appreciated!

Midway is receiving our 5-Star rating because of one person…Our salesperson, Charlie G.! It was SO refreshing to walk into a dealership and not be greeted by a pushy, overbearing salesperson! Charlie was just the opposite, listened to us on what we were interested in and provided information for us to make an informed decision. He was there to help, but definitely not there to push us into a sale! Thank you, Charlie!
