I was able to find the exact truck I was looking. Bob Graff was responsive, polite, and scheduled a time to meet on short notice. I drove about 1.5hrs to get there and their team stayed late to ensure I was taken care of! After being duped on my prior truck from another dealership, Bob didn’t even hesitate to put the truck up on a lift and let me look underneath. I can’t say enough good about how I was treated.

First time having my truck serviced at Midway Ford tonight. Was extremely delighted with the Midway service staff in particular Chris who got my truck into the shop for an oil change, I was in and out of there in 45 minutes which I think is a record for me. Fast, friendly, and about $1,000 less than another quote.

Rented a 15 passenger van. Part of town was a bit shady, hence a large fence surrounding the whole dealership. Guy I rented the van from was super helpful. Van was brand new and super slick. I returned it the next morning and they promptly returned my deposit. Would rent from these guys again.
