This shop was absolutely swamped with vehicles, and a minimum 2 day backlog. They got to me on the 4th day. The Technician did the scan(I thought it was a computer issue), found out it was a valve issue, they had it fixed before 3pm that day. The Technician was matter of fact, but thoughtful at the same time.
I couldn't be happier with the experience. My vehicle runs like it's new again.
