First time at midway ford quick lane service center was very pleasant. Quick check in then corrected some maintance that was necessary. works package includes checking my whole vehicle oil change, tire rotation , fluid checked and filled. Back on the road soon.

We were just passing through St Paul when we had car trouble and had to leave that day, and they did all they could to help us and get us back on the road safely. We highly recommend!

Great spot. Super communicative over the course of the order process. Trevor was a great help in navigating the wait for my Maverick. Went over all of my options thoroughly when it arrived.

One concern I have, and this has happened twice, is the adjustment of my headlight settings. I leave it on automatic and never touch it. But, after getting an oil service I’ve been caught off guard with no headlights until I realize it isn’t on automatic. I see this as a safety concern, and perhaps your procedure could include noting the setting when the car arrives and returning it to that setting when they end the service.

Got me in for an emergency and did great work. Mark was really helpful! Much appreciated.

I continue to get my oil changes here because they do quality work, don’t over charge, are friendly, and are very accurate about estimating the wait time. Since they don’t take appointments, I call before and ask how long for an oil change.
