Outstanding service for oil changes

I am from out of town and stopped in when a horrible grinding popped up out of nowhere on my truck. Despite being very busy the service advisor and technician were able to squeeze me in a get me out of there within 30 minutes. Many thanks to the team at Midway Ford!

End of lease time of year. Prices had gone up considerably after three years, along with payments. Our salesperson listened to us, what we were looking for, and got us a new lease vehicle at a reasonable cost. Thank you.

Dan Beck was my sales associate. He casually helped with a next-day test drive, aligned me with a finance person to help coordinate getting my purchase agreement to my bank, and got me decent value for my trade-in as well. I’ve used Quick Lane (separate from the normal service department, FYI) for my oil changes and tire rotation twice now. It’s a first come, first served setup, so plan to wait at least an hour if you’re not first in line. Nick and the guys take good care of you, though!
