Mike in the service dept was able to get my truck in right away, and in three hours, got my truck fixed.

I'm giving it a 5 star review however I do feel like the service could of been better; but my explorer is free of exhaust leaks and no longer leaking from the driver front axle seal. Time wise I think it was a bit excessive ( I understand not all parts are readily available ) , all in all vehicle runs great and everyone is very friendly.

My husband and I noticed that my car had some kind of oil leak, we could smell it very strongly in the vehicle, and in our garage. I brought it in to the dealership, and they were able to diagnose and fix it the same day, I had to use their Uber service to bring me home while my car was being fixed, and the drivers were all very courteous, as was everyone at the dealer. So far, it seems to still be fixed, but I will have them check it again when I bring it in for the next oil change.

This is the first time I’ve ever taken my car to Midway Ford. I’ve become a little disgruntled with the other dealers I have dealt with in the past. They have been unable to get the work done like they had before. I was very happy with my experience today they completed the work and had it done exactly in the timeframe that they told me based on his experience I will be bringing my car here to handle any needs I have .

I have only good things to say about their service department which I have interacted with on multiple occasions over the past year and a half. Fun fact, this is a great place to get your Dually washed and cleaned. Super reasonable price for hand washing.

After spending about $3000 trying to fix an issue with my vehicle at another shop (and never actually fixing the issue after a year of multiple appointments!!), I brought my vehicle to Midway Ford. They diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly, replaced the part I needed, and communicated openly. My vehicle is working wonderfully and was completed in a day and a half. Bonus? It cost ~$100 less than the original quote! I have found my new shop! Thank you, Midway Ford!
