Work is done correctly and as far as I know, their prices are among the lowest Ford dealer prices. During my last visit, their work was finished earlier than promised. I'm aware of another Ford dealer offering more customer services, such as loaner cars. They also do work correctly. But their prices are higher. There is another Ford dealer that's within a long walk from my home. But I wasn't pleased with either their prices or their service. I won't go to that one. All Ford dealers are not alike!

I have my Flex serviced regularly at the Quick Lane. I always receive prompt, professional service. They do a good job of explaining that repairs are needed and why they are needed. Also they don’t try to up-sell customers.

These guys continue to out do themselves. I have had my truck here for oil changes, tire rotations, standard maintenance like brake pads and rotors, and to purchase new tires. I can honestly say, these are the best service guys you will ever find at a dealership. I highly reccomend bringing you vehicle here. I've been coming here for years. I will be going here for many more.

I drove over a nail and I stopped by the next morning at the quick lane. The staff was attentive and patched the tire with no issues.

Was in and out in under an hour with brand new tires after damaging my previous ones on a trip up to the cities. Chris at the Quicklane was super nice and helpful during the whole ordeal assuring me that I was in the right hands! Overall I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend.
