This has been my go to shop since moving to the twin cities for routine maintenance and recalls on my 2014 ford escape. Overall I've had an very good experience with the staff at Midway Ford. The team is great at keeping you up to date with any additional problems that come up and do a great job at estimating service time. I've had other ford dealers in the Twin Cities try to sell me on expensive unnecessary maintenance packages, but at Midway Ford, they cited with my vehicles mileage and having routine maintenance up to date that theses "additional services" were not needed during my first visit to this shop. For transparency, I do have to share that I experienced some issues without my last routine maintenance visit and as a result, I had my vehicle towed back to the shop. After sharing my concerns and frustrations with with the service manager, Jim, he took full responsibility, was sincere and apologized for the inconvenience. Additionally he went a step further and made the unfortunate situation right. I could give fewer stars for one less than stellar visit, but I believe it shows just as much if not more character, when a business is willing to do the right thing and take responsibility without the customer having to put up a fight. Because of this I will continue to have my service done at Midway Ford.

Went down to Midway Ford to look at a new Bronco Sport Big Bend. Dave Wells was my Sales Consultant and what a Great Job Dave did from start to finish. From the test drive to working with his finance department and throughly going thru and explaining in great detail all the different features on the new Bronco and setting up my FordPass, Syncing my IPhone etc.. All I have to do now is enjoy driving my new Bronco. I am definitely going to recommend Dave to my friends and family!! Thanks Dave

Had to come in for a steering malfunction and Mark Bjornnes was kind and straightforward, although sometimes not easy to get a hold of. They managed to get the main part we needed from another dealer instead of having to wait for back order, which is greatly appreciated. The fix was not cheap, but I’m glad my car’s back to normal and safe to drive. Thanks Midway Ford~

I found a vehicle online, sent him the stock #, and by the time I showed up for the test drive he had is shined up and warmed up - plus made me aware of a repair the mechanics were needing to make to the vehicle. I felt very well taken care of, and a straight forward price on my trade.
