My experience was great! Jim and the service team got me in earlier than expected. The diesel mechanic Dan was very knowledgeable and fixed my truck right the first time. I left a soda in my cup holder and it exploded from cold temperatures, they were able to get my truck in for a detailing before I even picked it up. Had to schedule a repair appointment for a minor safety recall, and was able to get one schedule with a quick easy phone call. I was able to bring my car in at a time that was convenient for me that day, and it was taken care of in about 30 minutes. Great service!

Took my car in because my phone quit syncing with the car and I couldn't drive hands free while on the phone. I had to leave the car for 3 days (they said they were very busy) and pay for a rental car since they had no loaners. I couldn't get a response when I called to check on the car so I drove back to check in person. The maintenance person I spoke with said nothing had been done to my car and nothing was scheduled. I took my car and left. I will NEVER go back to Rosedale Midway Ford again - for a car or service. I could find no employee or manager who cared.

They told me when they would call and they did. It was fixed when they said it would be. They are very friendly.

Love the Works option were they rotate tires, check fluids, parts wear, etc. Also had a check engine light which they quickly assessed and repaired. They were communicative, keeping me in the loop as to how repairs were progressing.
