I went in to just look at vehicles today, I left the dealership with a different vehicle than I got there with. I was greeted by Alexis who impressed me by being real and not pretentious. She went out of her way to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.
Next I worked on the numbers and trades stuff with Bob Lee and he was absolutely awesome. He did a fantastic job of getting things done in an amazingly short period of time which always makes buying a car so much more pleasant.
Finally came the financing part which is usually a nightmare that makes you regret going to a dealership. Bob Gamet took care of all of the financing and paperwork in a very short period of time. It only took about 3 hours from start to finish.
I must say this was probably the smoothest purchase I’ve had in buying a car. Thank you Alexis, Bob and Bob for getting me into a vehicle I truly like and making it as smooth as it could have possibly gone. You guys represent your dealership very well.
