The service department and Shane have exceeded my expectations on all levels. After showing up there from a horrible non KIA mechanic I was quickly taken care of and surprised that they were able to replace the entire engine of my KIA Sorrento. When I cam back and was smelling gas they again were able to help change the fuel line all at no cost as the engine was still under a warranty. Thanks Guys!!

I had spent a month researching cars and was having a hard time finding dealerships that actually had cars on the lot to test drive or seemed willing to help me get what I wanted. From the first indication of interest the Kia dealership was great about keeping in touch and helping me get the car I wanted. Once I found my car at Grand Kia Nicole was fantastic about doing everything she could to help ensure I got it! The car buying game has definitely changed since I last bought a car 12 years ago and I was starting to wonder if it was even possible anymore to get what you wanted. Kia definitely made up for my experiences elsewhere!

I have not purchased a vehicle from Grand Kia in Northglenn but do take my 2018 Optima there for any services and parts needed on it. I have always had good experiences there and would recommend them. If I were in need of a new vehicle I would most certainly consider purchasing from them because you know they're going to help you better than any other dealership. Grand Kia has the friendliest and most helpful parts and service people working there and they are all doing a great job! Thank you all for the help.
