I was on the hunt for a Kia Telluride and was unable to locate one in my own state. I started searching in Colorado and called Grand Kia and spoke to Randy, and they had just happened to get a brand new one in the morning I first spoke to Randy. He was so helpful and patient with all the many questions I had that day regarding coming from out of state to purchase this new Telluride! He made this process so much simpler than I expected, and he followed through every step of the way. When my husband and I arrived from out of state to get everything completed, my brand new vehicle was there waiting for me! Randy was so nice that he called me a couple days later to ensure that we made it home safely with our new ride and to offer any assistance in the future if needed. I had such an amazing experience with everyone at Grand Kia and highly recommend them!

Had a great experience at Grand Kia, which is where we purchased our Telluride. They are hard to get ahold of and I very much appreciated the integrity from Alex Zuniga and the team who operate on a “first come, first serve” basis. There were others waiting in line to purchase the car after us but we had the choice to buy and didn’t feel pressured nor rushed to do so. We were able to take our time (which included pausing to breast feed and change our 3-week old infant!)
Working with Alex and team was great and I would highly recommend them/Grand Kia to anyone looking to purchase. They were quick and efficient but didn’t leave out the details. We weren’t pressured to purchase anything we didn’t want and felt like we knew what our choices were. It was a great experience.
