Very straightforward sale! Friendly staff. I came to look at a truck on my lunch break and they let me throw a deposit down to hold it so I could get back to work and finalize everything later. No pushing from the salesperson whatsoever

I have been bringing my vehicle for regular service to Grand Kia for a while. I drive a pretty good distance out of my way to bring my vehicle to this location because the service department staff at Grand Kia are always so helpful and professional. Today I showed up without an appointment and Shane was very generous to squeeze my vehicle in for an oil change. This is why I continue to come to this location! Great service and good people.
