I just had the best car buying experience with Alex Zuniga at Grand Kia. I have been looking for a new car for a few weeks and the 2021 Kia Sorento was hard for me to track down with the options I wanted. I called Alex to check their inventory and he quickly confirmed so I headed in. He had tge car out front and ready for a test drive. He didn't make ne sit down and tell him my life story before he got me in the car to see if it is what I wanted. Ironically I ended up buying a different car on their lot but I am SO happy. The whole team was kind and friendly. They provided lunch while we worked out tge financing and Andy the sales manager helped get us on our way efficiently.

I just Bought a Blue 2021 Kia Seltos last Friday call Randy at 9am Saturday morning and told him I changed my mind I wanted a White and Black Seltos he jump right on it by Saturday afternoon I was driven home in it, that’s what you call Customer Service. If your in the market to buy a Kia I Suggest you talk to Randy, this guy knows he’s Kia’s and if the color is not on the lot he will find you the color you want . Thank You again Randy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Elijah was great to work with- he had most of the paperwork ready by the time we arrived to the dealer to buy the car. They made it very easy for the whole process. Nothing but a great experience with Nicole and the rest of the team. Ordered a custom Telluride and was told the lead time was 10-12 weeks. This was much shorter than what other dealers had said, and it turned out to be 11 weeks!

As always, service at this Kia is wonderful. I never have to wait and they always live up to their solid reputation. Today I came in at the appointed time due to a Kia recall notice. Their system nationwide had been hacked and was down indefinitely. They apologized over and over and offered to do my oil change at no charge. I will reschedule for next week. Would not go to another dealer.

I purchased a 2021 Telluride SX Nightfall Edition from Grand Kia. Most of the transaction was online and their online support was exceptional. I had numerous questions, which were answered politely and promptly. They told me it would 12 weeks for delivery, but it arrived in only 10. I went to the dealership to pick it up and it was handled quickly and professionally.
