I have been coming here in to grande KIA on 104 for the past 3 - 4 years, ever since then I have not gone anywhere else to get a oil change or anything down on my car. I always get excellent service and they always treat me well whether it be coffee or coupons even put me in the rental car where my car is getting worked on. There always willing to help me out. Especially Grant & Shane.it’s like when I called they already know who’s on the phone lol thank you guys!!!

I wasn't looking to trade my 2011 Kia Sorento SX off as it's a beautiful car, but I needed an extended warranty so I got to do some thinking. I just stopped by to say hello to an old friend of mine and I spied a Lincoln MKX. I asked what the price was and I was shocked at the low price offered on this car. So just for the heck of it I had them put numbers together and it all came together with a great extended warranty for 2 years. I have done business with Grand Kia since 2007 and have sent many referrals to Grand over the years. They have a great no pressure buying experience experience for the customer which I think any customer would be happy to experience.

The week started on a bad note my 2002 Ford Escape was very ill and needed a new engine but the mechanic was estimating the job would be $10,000-$14,000 for repair which it didn’t include Catalytic Converter, extra $$$$. Stressed at this point, knowing my credit wasn't so good. I tried a auto sales nearby where I live, remains “nameless” didn’t want to look my way and didn’t bother following up with suggestions. Not a good start. But I couldn’t give up because I now have a 6 mo old baby that has doctor visits and so forth. My Lady came across Dealership Grand Kia on 104th in Westminster. I said “NO” at first because a dealership, In my mind I have much less of a chance, but I said why not the worst that can be said is a fat “NO”. I made the call and I was answered by a gentleman named Randy at first I thought I was talking to a Cowboy, he had the voice of assurance and encouragement. I gave him the stressful low down of my information and he said “lets try and help you, so you can care for your family”, We have resources to HELP you. That was a great phrase of optimism and positivity, so I was hopeful. Although it took several hours of waiting. Randy, Joe and some staff made it happened. What a relief! Because I didn’t have any other option other than Local Bus but because of Pandemic has made transportation unsure of schedule reliability. My little family is very grateful for their humor, professionalism, willingness to help. Thank you Randy, Joe at Grand Kia! P.S. Take a lunch, you’re gonna need it! Luis C
