Tim Bottoms, the GM is a fantastic guy. Go directly to him for any issues you have and he will do what he can to fix the problem. I like KIA vehicles anyway so that basically speaks for itself. The service department is pretty good about working on just about anything. They have helped me with my GMC where GM couldn't care less......

While I haven't experiences the sales side of Grand Kia, I've been taking my Stinger GT2 here for the last few times for service. Although it's a smaller dealership, their service guys are top notch. Shane Harper and Grant Margheim both go out of their way to make sure that my car is well taken care of when I drop it off for service / maintenance or any issues. For the service side, I would highly recommend them.

A personal thanks to Grant and the outstandingly professional and extremely approachable team in the Service department. Not only was Grant extremely flexible and insightful with all of my Sorento's warranty and maintenance needs, the entire crew from the shuttle driver to service tech were all on the same page as a unit. And that really says something about their work when it comes to your car's best interest. Already looking forward to the next scheduled maintenance checkup! - Hai

I went in for a couple factory recalls and I was blown away by the amazing customer service. Grant was friendly and checked in from time to time to keep me updated on the progress. After the repairs he answered all my questions and made sure I understood what they did. This will be my dealer service center of choice from now on. I can't thank them enough.

I bought my most recent car here and loving the car aside I was impressed with how easy it was to make my purchase as well as how committed the sales team was to get me into one of their cars. I went in with the intention of buying a used car but when the payments were too high due to my credit score at the time, they found a way to get me into a lease to own on a brand new car for nearly 150 less per month than the used car. Service dept is also fantastic. My gas door broke off 2 weeks into owning the car and they advised the door is not covered under their warranty so they paid out right to fix it themselves. Cost me nothing. They clearly care about their customers.

This dealership is great, their service department staff is fantastic. I usually work with Grant. He does a great job! Takes care of what the car needs, and never tries to pressure sell unnecessary services, that's why I always come back. The sales department is also fantastic, I just bought a 2018 Optima, and they delivered on everything they promised. I worked with Sean (sales) and Andy (sales manager), they were upfront about what they could and could not do, and set realistic expectations. Their finance manager is fantastic as well, and will do his best to get you a great rate. Check them out for your next service or new vehicle purchase.

What a great place to purchase a vehicle, the entire experience was amazing especially the finance part. Usually that's the worst part, but the finance girl made the process so simple and I'm so happy I purchased a warranty and a service contract, I've never felt better about protecting my first car :) :):) thanks again ms. My car was stolen and when I finally received it out of impound a week after it was found and after an investigation, the interior was an utter disaster. I am talking about, it should have been a bio-waste hazard (homeless people living in it disaster). I was very upset and clearly shaken by the state of my Kia Soul. Grant was professional and reassuring. I got my car back in two days (considering what I dropped off I was expecting a 3-5 days) and it was basically new. I can’t say enough or more great things about the service I received. As miserable as this whole ordeal was, at least Kia made the finished product easy on me. Thanks!!

I was having problems with my 2012 Kia Optima. Black smoke through my exhaust, losing power. Went to the dealership I purchased it from ( not a Kia dealership) they tried to put me in a older car with more miles. Went to Grand Kia to check on my warranty, unfortunately it was expired at 60 thousand miles and my car had 61 thousand miles. they referred me to the Service Dept. I spoke to Grant. He was very helpful. He had my car tested and fixed within a week. I cant say enough about Grant, he is very professional and courteous . Grant is AWESOME!
