This review is specifically for Grant and Shane in the service department. My 2018 Optima started making an awful rattling noise coming from the dash. The first two times I took it in, the noise continued and they were unable to fix it. It continued to annoy me so I rented another car to take it back, and they were finally able to pinpoint the problem and fixed it. Intermittent problems are the worse, because they are so hard to diagnose, and I understand that. Grant and Shane were always courteous to me, even though I was probably really annoying with my frequent phone calls. I knew they wanted to help, it was just difficult because they couldn't find the issue. They did spend some extra time with my car the third time. Whatever they did fixed the noise completely and my sanity has been restored. My husband will retract his previous 1 star review. This was a really frustrating experience (not your guys' fault) and he had to listen to me complain for months about the noise. We have purchased 4 new cars from Randy (who no longer works here) at this dealership, and haven't had any other issues.
