Bought a used vehicle from this place the customer service and staff are the best people I have dealt with. I've bought a lot of cars from multiple dealers and this dealer by far is the best. The GM Tim is one cool dude straight forward just the kind of people I like. He went above and beyond on my deal!! He gave me a great deal on my car. Fixed some small issues it had, that I spotted out. I bought the car literally right after someone traded it in. The next day it was in there shop getting what I wanted fixed, the day after I got a call to pick up my new/used car and it's like new. I had it inspeacted by my good friend who is a master tech I trust him more than any mechanic out there and he was pleased with there work! Made me feel even better! I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a new or used car. Salesman Alex&Doug are awesome!! they gave me a top notch deal you can't get anywhere else other dealers would have told me to kick rocks. Everything went smooth from walking in to leaving the dealer, everyone here is nice&friendly. I think I got offered water,soda,coffee,snacks by everyone who works there several times. Little stuff like that goes long ways in my book. Great place great people, thanks!!!!!

Such an amazing place. I love that although I wasnt able to get the vehicle I went in for and even though I wasnt even set on buying something, all of the employees worked hard to get me in something I am happy in. They were the least pushy sells people i have ever delt with which was much less stressful! Tim is the nicest, most welcoming guy and will do anything to make people happy! Tree King was so helpful and made sure that i knew eveything I could about my new car along with setting the on star and xm radio for me. And to top it all off even called my the next day to make sure all was well and if i needed any help with the car!. Over all amazing people!!!!

I know you're thinking: 5 stars? How can anyone give a dealership 5 stars? Let me tell you this place is not your everyday dealership. These people are people like you and me. People that can't afford to have anyone take advantage of them.
I started off with a car that gave me nothing but problems. Honestly, not their fault. Sold as is, it had a lot of miles on it but I refused to even lool at something else and I'm the customer so I'm right, right? But instead of sticking me with a lemon, they did everything under the sun to make it right.
I am now the proud owner of a brand new 2017 Buick Encore. No hoops to jump through, I just showed up and Tim Bottoms, along with Tree King were basically there waiting for me with keys in hand. All fees and down payments were waived.
Honestly you guys, don't go anywhere else. I ran over a huge piece of glass a few weeka ago and the tire was not savable. I didn't get the tire warranty, but they replaced my tire with a brand new one free of charge. If you go in there and have bad expectations they will show you how a sucessful dealership truly operates. When my daughter is old enough, I will be back to purchase her car from them. They are an amazing group of people.
