I have purchased my last 7 new vehicles from Grand Auto dating back to 1994. I have also done all my service there. The first six purchases were great. The last purchase had some issues. Tim, Charlie, & Tree "stepped-up" and made #7 another good thing. Today, with just over 1,000 on my Acadia I had a flat tire. Thinking I was needing to spend hundreds on a new tire I stopped into Service. They sent me into the lounge for coffee and in 45 minutes I was on my way to work with the tire fixed. Every person I've worked with there is helpful & great to work with.

"GINO" (Said in an Italian accent) was amazing!!! Sweet man, so helpful and honest. My husband and I LOVED working with him when we went in to get a car for me...so we came back two days later to get a truck for my husband!!! Everyone there was so helpful to us!!!
