MD West One always treats me with care and attention. Appointments are usually on time and diagnosis and treatment addresses the issue. They’ve now helped me through 2 shoulder surgeries and range of motion has come back. They ensure I’m well informed and all options are considered/explored/leveraged before moving to the next step. Their finance team has also been incredibly understanding and accommodating making the needed treatment possible, affordable, and timely. Dr. Cheng and PA Angela Hill are exemplary!
