I went up to the desk and got right into the exam room a few minutes later - nurses removed my bandage and signed me in. The doctor came in and examined my wrist. He explained things and answered all my questions. Everyone is efficient and helpful at MD West ONE.

I have been a patient of Dr Keiser since 2007 and he’s a very good Dr. The office staff are all great including the X-ray techs, Dr Keiser’s nurses Erin and Earl (whom I’ve seen at other office also). Dr Keiser explained the X-rays, gave me a steroid shot in knee and a new brace for wrist. I really trust him as a Dr and his recommendations.

10/16/24.. Out come was great. Dr. Otto did x-rays &, I did PT. He is so nice.

Came for a second opinion and to change providers. The facility was really nice and I liked the personal attention and frank conversation about the state of my knee and where treatment should go. I feel heard, seen and like a part of the treatment team.

There's always plenty of staff to get you checked in fairly quick. The reception area is huge, so you're never sitting on top of someone else, although, I've never waited more than 4-7 min before being called back to a room. Again, doctor is prompt coming in to see me. And, she's great! Had a knee injection , for the first time, so I was nervous. Dr was informative, empathetic & very gentle. I'll never go anywhere else!

This was my first visit to MD West One. Everyone was so friendly and the facility was really nice. Dr. Izadi is absolutely wonderful! He is so kind and took the time to really listen to me and explain everything to me. I highly recommend MD West One and Dr. Izadi.

All of the staff were professional and personable. The facility is very clean. I did not have to wait more than 10 minutes. Dr. McMullen showed my MRI images and clearly explained his surgical plan. I am impressed.
