My husband saw Dr Keiser. He was very thorough and explains everything well. He takes his time and we were not rushed. Very kind and caring. I would rate him well above 5 stars.
Nursing staff wonderful. Very kind and patient. Front desk friendly and helpful.

I used the Urgent Care option. The check in representitive was caring and very helpful. My condition was assesed quickly and I was seen and treated by the doctor in a reasonable time.

I have been pleased with the care at MD West ONE. I feel I have received efficient and honest care but it is always so timely. I am in and out in a short amount of time and I so appreciate that as well. They respect my time which some clinics don't seem to do. I would recommend MD West ONE.

Brand new facility convenient location. Pleasant roomy reception area. They have an excellent system to manage patient visit. Dr. Pittner is experienced orthopedic surgeon. Explained the problem clearly. Along with options. His nurse assistant was very attentive to my queries. The receptionists were engaging (not indifferent). It doesn’t appear to be a ‘factory.’ They have a rehab store within the building. And ann experienced previous EMT that assists the MD w optimum treatment gear. And this was bad. Have heard great things about Dr Pitner from friends who were treated by him and His assistant Caroline.

Patient check-in was prompt and friendly as was x-ray which was completed quickly. Dr. Kimberly Turman was awesome, caring and concerned. I left feeling more comfortable than I have been, as I have been in a lot of discomfort. She took time to listen and explained treatment and follow-up plan. To all the staff I am grateful.

Great experience! Efficient check in process, skilled and quick Xray, followed by friendly appointment and a steroid injection to boot! We were out of there in 90 min!!
Dr Turman and staff were so skilled and friendly. I did not feel ‘rushed’ ; she explained her interpretation of the X-ray and answered all my questions. It was a personal and productive visit! Thankful to be under their care
