Receptionist was very nice that checked me in.
Waiting seemed pretty lengthy before nurse came to take me back. And then another 20 to 30 minutes before doctor came in. Overall I love coming to MD West One as it's a new facility.
Dr O'Malley is one of my favorite people/ doctors.

Seeking a 2nd opinion I met with Dr. Cheng's PA, Emily. She is WONDERFUL! Took time to listen, explained everything thoroughly as we compared x-ray to MRI results. I now have a plan of action that doesn't ignore my concerns or jump to surgery.

I visited with Dr Keiser and He explained everything thoroughly. Road construction to navigate on 192nd going South, but worth it.

Doctor Franco is a great doctor. He always says the truth. He told me that surgery wouldn't help and gave me some other things that would. He uses surgery as a last resort not a first. Unless surgery is the only resort. Then he tells you why surgery is the only way to treatment.

The clinic is well managed—the wait times are short. The clerical and medical staffs are knowledgeable and efficient. Dr Rosipal is so knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He knew just what to do and the exact spot for a cortisone shot. My shoulder is better already!

It was a very positive experience from the time I checked in until I was seen by the doctor! I have been struggling with hip pain for several years now. I don’t believe anyone really took the time to assess and get to the root of the problem before. Dr Otterberg, his assistant Hailey and the rest of the staff really listened to what I had to say. I didn’t feel hurried or disregarded. They described a plan of action we would take and didn’t just say let’s give you a cortisone shot and some PT. It’s really nice to have a doctor take time and truly care.
