My experience with MD West one was excellent. I was in within minutes of signing in the doctor took time to talk to me he didn't rush me and I left there feeling totally relaxed that my health mattered.

In May my femur bone died and my left hip completely collapsed, leaving me in a wheelchair. In July, Dr. Erik Otterberg did a total hip replacement. Today, 14 weeks after surgery, I am walking pain free and enjoying a normal life again. The entire process was made easy and the care I received was top notch. I would never go anywhere else for any Ortho needs. I am very grateful to MD West One!

Had both hips and both knees done by Dr. Sam Phillips at a period 15 years. May not be original but work phenomenally. Great orthopedic surgeon. And most recent had back surgery done by Dr. Guy Music. Another great surgeon. My experience with M D West One has been spectacular. Would Not go anywhere else.

I had a later time for an appointment, I needed a earlier time, and they found the time to get me in and then I got there 20 minutes early and they still got me in right away before my initial time. I didn’t have to wait, it was less than five minutes by the time I got back in there got looked at taken care of and was done in 20 minutes. I’ll give them 10 stars if they had it.

Arrived for my 2:20 appointment @ 2:10, checked in w/o any problems. Was taken back to examining room 2:15. Dr and nurse came in 2:22, procedure was quick and I was out at 2:30. So far, so good!

This place was as busy as I've ever seen it today. And it's a Monday, I didn't even sit for 10 minutes. When my name was called during all these people were here. Got in to see the doctor had an X-ray. And was out in 20 minutes. Great place.
