Just finished a 3 month PT programme with Andy and I have to say it's been very impressive.
I'm 35 now and I've made more progress in these 3 months than I ever have in 17 years of pottering around in the gym not achieving very much.
The programme helped me to stay focused and push harder than I have before. Knowing I had a certain session to follow meant that I stayed that bit longer until everything was done and ultimately that's what pushed me on. Also previously I would avoid excercises I didn't like or find enjoyable which ultimately left me weak in certain muscle groups.
I've gained around 6kgs (just under a stone) and increased muscle mass virtually all over (5 inches on my chest ). In particular have noticed my strength has rocketed.
I can't say it doesn't take some dedication so don't assume paying for a PT instantly entitles you to improvement.
Andy was motivational and encouraging throughout. He had to adapt quite a few sessions to allow for injuries and availability of equipment at my particular gym.
The weekly feedback and contact you have with him means that you can constantly adjust and adapt your sessions to meet your goals (even if they should change mid programme).
Value for money is exceptional when compared to conventional side by side PT services but you must remember to be disciplined with yourself (because no one else will be) and also take the time to really watch the instructional videos to make sure you adopt the correct form when performing the excercises.

From day 1 Andy’s knowledge shone through. I’ve got pre session exercises to do and a full training plan where I hit the gym 4 days a week. Plus a diet/macro plan that is more than manageable and sustainable. The training plan is tailored to your requirements and goals and each exercise has a demo video attached to make sure you hit correct form.
Every week I fill out a feedback form and in return Andy sends a video outlining progress and answers any concerns/questions you have (All done by his APP) you can message him anytime and he’s always prompt to get back to you!
So in a nutshell it comes down to how much you want it.....everything’s there for you, all you’ve gotta do is follow the plan & be consistent. Simples!!!
I would recommend Andy to anyone, you will not be disappointed. 2020 just got better for me....don’t be a “I’ll start tomorrow” person....what are you waiting for.

Some Personal Trainers will give you one random session, there is no programming and they ask you to track on my fitness pal to then see you next week (checking your food diary 5 mins before the session) for another random unplanned session.
Andy gives you a structured exercise plan, nutrition plan, weekly feedback, and the ability to ask questions throughout the week. He actually looks at your body and posture and I can tell the plan he writes is not generic. I really enjoy the sessions, I like the structure and I can track my progress and strength improvements. How many PTs out there dont even record what weights you lift? the reps? how your fitness is improving? I think with some personal trainers, you have a one to one exercise class!
Please don't be put off by online personal training, I am so glad I took the plunge and trusted the reviews I read. I just wish I'd found him sooner as quite frankly some of the personal trainers that are out there taking your money are not only a waste of money, but a waste of time too.

Awesome PT, worked with him for a few months now and seeing great progress visually and health wise. Recommend this PT to anyone looking for a good PT without those expensive in gym PT people and someone that pushes you at a good pace with great fun routines and also helps with nutrition.

My first time using an online PT and really needed the guidance to give me some kind of structure to my exercises and to be able to ask all the dumb questions a novice like me needs to ask. Very much recommend if you're trying to start off on the whole fitness thing but are overwhelmed with information.
