Excellent post-sales support! My wife noticed that one of the sapphire stones was missing from the ring I purchased online from FTJCo a year ago. When I contacted them about this, they promptly arranged, and paid for, shipping both ways and provided a nice treat (chocolate!) when the repaired ring was returned within a week.

If you're exploring where to buy your engagement ring, look no further and consider yourself lucky for finding this place! Working with Robin and his team was nothing less of incredible. My partner and I originally walked in with curiosity and by the end of our initial consultation we felt excited! My partner made a few custom design decisions and was so happy that Robin was able to offer the perfect morganite stone to fit the overall design.
Between in-person meetings and email I likely had 20-30 questions and Robin was consistently professional, helpful and highly responsive.
I can now refer to my partner as my fiancé! Robin and his team played a HUGE role in my proposal. My fiancé finally got to see her creation at the moment of the proposal and was blown away at how perfect it came out.
Highly recommend and enjoy the whole experience.

Chose ftjco specifically because of their ethical practices and the traceability of the metals and stones they procure. What made that even better was the wonderful & patient staff there. Quality resizing - My engagement & wedding ring set were too big and despite checking with several other, well established jewelry places, no one was willing to do the resizing except FTJC. Robin was super patient and helped with fitting the best size. Now my rings fit perfectly!

I LOVE MY RING! The sapphire is such a chameleon depending on the lighting. It’s almost a mood ring - except the mood is always “I love this ring” I feel like the photos don’t capture the intense sparkle of the entire thing!
I loved the selection of stones and the ability to go and look at the stones before you choose. It makes perfect sense to design a ring around a perfect (for me!) stone - part of the reason I chose FTJCo for this ring.
FTJCo had great customer service and made everything very easy! Very responsive to emails.
It also gives me great peace of mind that FTJCo can guarantee the best ethics… I don’t have to have any guilt or wonder about how materials were acquired.
We will definitely be going back for wedding bands and all future jewellery needs!

I don't normally write reviews but I thought I should in this cause because I had such a great experience. I highly recommend this place for the following reasons:
1. Everything is ethically sourced which is what my partner and I wanted in a Jeweller. I was told that if they didn't know where the diamond was sourced, then to them it might as well be a blood diamond and they wouldn't sell it to begin with.
2. There's no pressure to buy anything. We provided our budget on what we wanted to spend on the ring and Robin, who was helping us, showed us all the rings within that budget and answered all of our questions. We felt really comfortable shopping around without any pressure.
3. The after sales support was great! From picking up the ring after the purchase to the reimbursement of the jewellery insurance, the experience was easy and smooth.

To start, we wanted our rings from Ftjco after seeing some of their beautiful work online and their ethical/sustainable vision. We ended up taking a trip down to Toronto and met with Nicolette in person after exchanging a few emails. I shared pictures of inspiration for our wedding bands and she had all possible ring options ready to try on and discuss. At no point did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. She was super friendly, the store was very inviting and safe! (So important during these covid times). She left us with quotes and ideas to think about.
