I have nothing good to say about the vets at this practice the reception staff however are lovely, and I feel that they often get left alone so the phones go unanswered, and emails get ignored. I would never really recommend them due to my personal experience, there is no compassion and empathy from them, and overall my experience here has not been a good one

Yesterday I popped into thamesmead practice for advise and I must say how helpful and professional the lady was. I purchased what I thought was a 8 week old jack Russell I didn't believe it was that old.The receptionist booked me a app for today so a vet could check him over I went to my app it was on time not like the PDSA .The vet checked my Boris over and confirmed he was only 6 weeks but then he advised me to book his injections for -3 weeks time .When I left I was told because it was a puppy check my visit was free today very impressed is a under statement thanks again

Always been great with my pets and great value for money. Never trying to get the maximum amount of money out of you - these vets are genuine and do what's best for your pet. The only thing I have trouble with is having a hospital so far away, which means relying on Park Vets hospital in an emergency, which are just out to get money. I really wish Goddards would branch out with a vetinary hospital this side of the water as there's not alot of options here (only Park Vets Footscray and PDSA for those on benefits - they won't see you if you're a paying customer in an emergency!) But the service is brilliant, staff super compassionate and informative and the vets take time to go through the options available to you. They are very clear and realistic in terms of what they can do, and it's really appreciated. I highly recommend them.

Got the groom room pets at home recommended to consult for cutting nails as my dog was so stressed when they do so. I think the forced her. They told me they recommended a lot of their customers to this vet for nails cutting. The only advice I received from the vet is asking me to not cut the nails if she doesn’t want to. This doesn’t sounds like a professional advice at all. Eventually I found a few other groomers that can cut her nails.

Excellent first visit, my kitten definitely knew she was in good hands. Totally recommend this warm & welcoming vets.

They staff were amazing .
I was so nervous about taking my xl dog to the vets as ive heard so many horror story's
But there was no problems at all...

Always very pleased with Goddards Thamesmead service. They know my pets very well and my pets are comfortable with all members of the vet staff. Everyone is always so lovely too.
