We worked with Bryce in sales to buyout our lease. The lease had a recall that needed to be repaired before we could do this. Even though he wasn't directly getting a sale, he took care of everything for us. He arranged for the service to be performed on our vehicle, organized the paperwork for the buyout, and organized the meeting with the salesman in charge of finalizing the paperwork. He personally came to our house to pick up our vehicle and bring it back to the dealer to fix to the recall, and then personally brought it back to our house for us. He constantly stayed in touch via text message, giving us updates each step of the way. I am confident to say that if/when we decide we need a new vehicle, we will be contacting Bryce, as I know he will take care of everything I need.
