I went I thought someone had taken my daughters Valentine’s Day gift necklace out of the glove box. I called with my concerns and they sent me a free oil change and tire rotation which was the same value of the necklace. I later found the necklace and called with an apology. I am thankful that I can trust them and will bring all my car care needs to them from now on.
