This really works!! My arthritis has calmed so my hands and feet aren’t as painful! Diet is easy to follow and if I don’t care for a recipe, the formula is very easy to adapt! I am slowly losing weight....slow and steady wins the race! Not hungry, no cravings and sleeping better!! Adore my coach, Rachel, as she has been very positive, uplifting and supportive!! Dr Ferro is inspiring and gives excellent information and insights!! This will be a lifestyle change for me that I can go back to to maintain my health!!
An excellent healthy program with awesome help to assist you in your life style change of eating. You're only deprived of those unhealthy choices we often make. There is also an awesome community of people to support you. There are so many benefits to Betr Health!!!!
I have only been on the program for 16 days and have lost 13 pounds!!! I had enjoyed all the recipes so far. I am never hungry and my energy level is terrific. I can’t wait to see what level 2 has in store for me. This program has been a lot easier to follow than weight watchers. I am not stressed at all staying on track. I look forward to the daily education and planning that goes into it. I believe in this program and think everyone reading this does not need to look anymore. This is the best program out there!! It’s easy to follow and the food tastes great! Our coach Barbara has been so helpful! She answers all our questions and even looked at menus for dining out! I feel better and have lost 10.5 pounds so far(ending 4 th week, level 1).😄
I am on week 3 of level 1. It's been a really good experience. I don't feel restricted. It's easy to follow. I have lost weight and feel better. My coach is there if I need her. It's really a great program.
I started this program because I "had to do something". I didn't know what, but I knew I had to do something. I would lay on the couch at night and I couldn't breathe. One day I opened an email from my medical insurance company that offered access to a health plan free of charge. So I read the options and settled on Betr. I did not start this program with weight loss being the primary goal., but it is a nice side effect. The food is amazing and not as restrictive as most other plans.
I have been on this plan for 2 1/2 months and I am down 20 lbs. I am no longer taking of 2 of my medications, working on the third and last one now.

This program makes my soul prettier and my body happier. Yes, the weight comes off but that is just a plus. I suffer from Diverticular Disease so at first I was hesitant because for years I’ve been avoiding many of the foods I must now consume, antibiotics every other month was the course of action, one of these so strong, I developed painful sores in my esophagus, tongue and roof of my mouth. I felt like I was being fumigated and often in a lot a pain. I feel so much better since I started this program, my energy is back, I am not in pain, sleeping better and figuring out the real triggers and the true culprits causing flare ups.
