The program is amazing. I didn’t have a horrible diet, but I also didn’t feel great. Problems sleeping, chronic pain from inflamed joints. When our Health Insurance offered the program, I jumped at the opportunity. I had done research on microbiome diets but hadn’t really bought completely in. Within the first week the puffiness was gone, I was sleeping through the night and had energy. My skin looks and feels better. After 8 weeks 20# was off of my body. I feel amazing. I recommend the plan to all that ask.
This program has been a great experience! I've lost 9 lbs in 1 month and am developing good habits. Its so easy to follow and Coach Deborah has been SO encouraging and helpful. I look forward to her daily notes and they really motivate me to keep going.

The support of the coach and the group is excellent. The videos from the Doctor who created the program are awesome. What is so unique about the program is the telephone follow up with the coach and the question and answer sessions with the Doctor and the team.

I have lost 7 pounds in 3 weeks and excited for more loss. I am so glad to have chosen this program, it doesnt make stress out. It’s easy to do, just takes a little compromise and committment from oneself. The foods they choose for you are yummy and amenable to many recipes. I feel like my body has deflated. I love that there is no calorie counting, an easy app to keep you on track everyday, and a personal coach for accountability and questions. I appreciate that the top leader in the company, Dr Ferro, does weekly zoom calls and more than 100 people always show up and he speaks personally to us.
experience has been great! coach Mary Jo has been great!! so encouraging! food is delicious!!! weight is going down!! moving more! 2 big wins: when I decided to walk around the block with my granddaughter and when I had to hoof it down the street after our little dog (cockapoo) got loose!! I am thoroughly pleased with this program. Everyone should do this. I am down 13 lbs in 18 days. I feel great. I just started to do some exercising again. (I have not felt like moving in months. I usually sleep everyday after work). I don't have the joint pain I had before. I am definitely on the right track. I am someone who has struggled with weight for years.
Betr is the first health and wellness plan that I can see working for me for real life change. I am down 15 lbs in 4 weeks with ups and downs but the science and support that comes with it and the no counting of calories or laborious weighing and measuring of food is major in my book. The Gut health equals overall health really resonates. The app and coach support are great and genius that food journaling by just uploading a pic for you coach is great accountability with low effort. Level 2, Day 11 (not quite 6 weeks) - down 19lbs. And I honestly see this as a great way of life that we can do forever. Takes some effort but it's worth it!
This plan makes a lot of sense and actually WORKS! By learning how your body works, it makes it easier to understand HOW to eat and eat better (betr) in order to become a healthier individual and take control of your health. My coach, Carolyn, has been amazing and with me every step of the way so far in answering all of my questions and assisting me and even encouraging me when I slip up. I highly recommend this program!
If you are plagued with food cravings and need support to do better then I recommend this program to you. The daily coaching I am receiving is responsive to my needs and concerns. I love the message to eat more if you are hungry and to relax more. I am learning through this program to slow down and take a pragmatic and wholistic approach to my relationship with food and my body.
