Level 2, Day 11 (not quite 6 weeks) - down 19lbs. And I honestly see this as a great way of life that we can do forever. Takes some effort but it's worth it!
This plan makes a lot of sense and actually WORKS! By learning how your body works, it makes it easier to understand HOW to eat and eat better (betr) in order to become a healthier individual and take control of your health. My coach, Carolyn, has been amazing and with me every step of the way so far in answering all of my questions and assisting me and even encouraging me when I slip up. I highly recommend this program!
If you are plagued with food cravings and need support to do better then I recommend this program to you. The daily coaching I am receiving is responsive to my needs and concerns. I love the message to eat more if you are hungry and to relax more. I am learning through this program to slow down and take a pragmatic and wholistic approach to my relationship with food and my body.
Life changing. Your body knows how to shed the weight and be healthy. Betr health teaches you how to put the right fuel into your body. -25 lbs and counting with zero exercise; you can’t argue with those results.
I have tried many programs and this one is the easiest and actually works. I have been on the plan for 3 weeks and have lost 12 lbs and inches from all over. I am not a chef but the meals are not difficult and taste great. I have not felt deprived and have not had a hard time sticking to the plan (including a vacation on week 3!). If you have struggled with other programs I highly recommend BETR.
Since I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis and Fibromyalgia 20 years ago I could never lose more than 7 lbs, I thought I ate healthy until I began Betr Health 1month ago, I lost 10 lbs and will begin level 2 Monday and look forward to losing more! I have more energy and feel better!

I lost almost 12 pounds and 4.5 inches in 4 weeks. Feel great eating this food; less joint pain and more energy. Recipes are easy to cook, lots of variety and flavorful. Appreciate Tyler, my coach. His support, information.and keeping me accountable is really helpful.
