Hi guys hi everyone hi team some of which I haven’t met yet but Liz my coach is awesome I appreciate when she sends me a comment that is helpful and the quality of the recipes the taste and the simplicity were a bit surprising to me meaning it’s not overwhelming to prepare the meals like I was thinking it would be this was such a joy to start this program and so far after two weeks today being my third week day 2- REALLY do feel different and just want to share those thoughts with everyone good luck
The Coaching and connection is so helpful!! There is never a time when you feel confused...because someone is always a chat away! The care and accountability is so great! My coach is so informative!
I have lost 20 lbs in 3 weeks! My coach Leslie is great and fun to talk to. I love to cook and am learning new recipes that I do tweak a bit, but all plan herbs and spices. The marinara sauce is awesome! This has been the easiest plan for me because I am never hungry. I am committed to not only loosing this weight but finally learning how to keep it off. This is the third time I will have taken off the weight, but never learned how to maintain it.
The program is so easy to follow and it actually works! I love my energy level, my skin is glowing and I love how my clothes are fitting me now. Most of all, I’m doing something wonderful for my body and health!
Betr Health helped me learn to eat clean and enjoy it! I’ve lost 16.9 pounds in 25 days and I thank you for all that I have been taught! Can’t wait to continue my Betr health journey!
Thanks for your encouragement and guidance Coach Amy. I’m feeling energized, prioritizing sleep and eating whole nutrient dense foods for gut health! The food plan is easy to follow and prioritizes a healthy me.
I love the ability to eat great food that is healthy and taste good. You don’t have to count calories or watch portion control. You eat until you’re full and believe me you will have leftovers for the next Day.
The initial start up for food cost a bit extra due to the organic food needed for the program, but the costly items (the spices, liquid Stevia, Liquid aminos, and Bragg’s apple cider vinegar) last a while so you don’t buy it every time.
In 3 weeks, I’ve made Beef stew, chicken egg rolls (no outer wrappers), Sloppy Joes (a favorite), fish tacos, Shrimp salad, Strawberry Smoothie, Shrimp and avocado egg white omelette, etc. the list goes on! Does that sound like any diet you’ve been on? No! Because this isn’t a diet! This is a program that clears out the bad in your gut (you’ll learn about it) and helps your stomach start to digest healthy food the right way.
I’ve enjoyed the program so much I’ve shared it with my friends and two of them are speaking to their doctors about joining. My energy is better! When I stalled a couple of times I was able to seek the advice from my amazing coach (another awesome aspect to this program) and she suggested drinking more water or change my sleep routine. I did and I lose 2 more pounds!
Slowly, but surely I am losing weight the right way eating foods that are great, eating out with friends, and not worrying every time I open the fridge to look for food.
I will to my best, even during this stress time as a teacher, to stay focused because this program is my Self Care!

This program changed my life. Not only did I lose weight, but I feel so much better. I have more energy, I sleep better, no bloating, no headaches, and I know how to prepare and cook healthy meals. I learned that you don't need grease, a lot of salt, and heavy sauces for your food to taste good. It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change. Food is here to nourish us, give us energy, keep us alive; food wasn't meant to make us sick or be the cause our death...we can control that.
