I have struggled a long time with losing weight. I had tried almost every diet out there and nothing worked. The first week on this program I lost weight. I just finished week 3 and I am down 15 lbs. Plus I feel better and have more energy. This is a program that works, highly recommend!!!

I’ve been following the plan going on my 3 rd week and have lost 13 lbs more importantly I have reduced my insulin intake.
At age 70, I wasn't convinced that I would get the same results that younger people get. I was pre-diabetic and motivated to stop my downward spiral. I was used to using my phone for photos and the BETR app was easy to learn. Plus, I didn't have to track points or count calories (thankfully). I just needed to do what they said! After 28 days, I am down 10 pounds and headed towards 15 more. It's been very simple. My Blue Shield is paying for everything plus, I just earned a free FitBit! If my insurance wasn't covering it, I would consider it worth several hundred a month just to get my soft skin back and to know I can slim down. I faithfully listen to Dr. Ferro's group calls on Tuesday nights; they are so very, very inspiring. I was looking for a tribe that was health-related and this feels very comfortable.
My daughter became engaged last week. Her mom will be showing up at that wedding looking like a million bucks! It only took 28 days to come down 5% body weight...and their stats say "an average loss of 12.6% body weight (or more) by the end of the program." Perfect for me. How about you?

Today is day 34 (Level 2 Day 4) i have never felt better. My energy is through the roof. I have turned 12.5 lbs. to energy. The meals are delicious. I’ve lost over 9 inches and I am off my BP meds, lowered other meds and continuing to feel Betr everyday. Thank you Dr Ferro and Liz (my coach). This program is about getting healthy and staying healthy and the community is the Best 💗

The accountability is the major factor that is helping me lose weight. I have tried so many in the last 45 years. This works. Never hungry. Lots of energy. Plus my insursnce is paying for rhe service. I am healthier. Win- Win
I’m in week two and I thought I wouldn’t make it past week one due to cooking and meal preparation. It has been awesome! The food is flavorful and easy to make. Prepping helps ME so I stay on plan and reach my goals. The weekly calls with Dr. Ferro help keep me focused and motivated. This is a hew way of life and it’s great! I’ve lost and 6lbs in 10 days! I love this program and grateful to Dr. Ferro for making it available to us.
I highly recommend Betr Health. I now enjoy prepping and cooking meals. Thanks to the support of the Betr Health team and community, Dr. Ferró, and my coach Liz I am on the road to a better and healthier me. They are all so supportive and answer any question you have. They are there to walk alongside you as you journey through. I have also started to feel more energized, motivated, the inflammation in my face has lessened and I have lost about 4 pounds so far. I am beginning to enjoy this way of life and look forward to seeing what is to come.
The pic on the left is me May 2019 at 250lbs. I joined Betr shortly after that. I lost 40lbs but gained 30 of it back. I rejoined May 2020 and the right pic is me now 37lbs converted and a total of 47lbs from the left pic.
I feel better, move easier, and I can make Betr choices but still enjoy life. I’m about to hit 1derland (199lbs) which is somewhere I haven’t been in years.
