BETR Health is a life style encourager. Yes, it is a diet plan, but more than that it teaches you the good foods and bad that affect our bodies everyday.
I started BETR 10 weeks ago. I have lost 20 pounds. I feel soooo much better. My joints are healthy. I have more energy. I just feel great.
I have started Level 2. I am now incorporating new foods back into my daily meals. Also this level includes exercise.
The personal health coach makes all the difference in my attitude and desire to feel better.
Thanks Amy D. for being my biggest fan. You are awesome as a coach. Without those sweet and encouraging words I'm sure I would not have done so well.
The Betr program is absolutely the best thing I've done for myself. Not only is the program easy to follow but the recipies are tasty. I'm a very picky eater and didn't think I would like the recipes but I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed my meals. I was never hungry and was always satisfied with my food choices. This is a program I will follow for life. The coaches and Dr Ferro are the best and really know their stuff. Thank you Betr, I'm very greatful.

This program has really helped me have a healthier view on food and weight (gaining or losing). First, I have received so many wonderful recipies that are very healthy and my family enjoys. Don't get me wrong, pizza is amazing and always will be. But with this program you learn how to make the fun foods healthy, which allows you to not feel guilty and the ingredients are things that your body actually needs.
The second thing I have discovered is that the scale can be a useful tool instead of the cause of a lot of mental anguish. I lost inches, even though some days the scales showed an increase. I am to the point where if I get up in the morning and the numbers are higher than the day before, it's usually because I either didn't drink enough water or I didn't eat enough the prior day. Weighing myself is now a positive and helpful thing, and not something I dread.

Fantastic experience all around. Lots of support, totally was in line with other cutting edge research I have been reading about. I was sceptical at the start - nothing had been working for me - but the process exceeded my expectations. I have energy, I feel better, I lost the weight I wanted, which leads to more energy! Life changing experience, literally. Betr made the transition easy for me by guiding me on which foods to eat and watch out for, recipes to keep it interseting and coaching/planning support to keep me on track. I lost 30 lbs in 60 days and am very comfortable in the way I have changed my eating habits and maintaining this for a lifetime.
Going into the program I was having a hard time cutting down my salt intake and getting better results in the gym. Within a week I saw a significant difference in my body and my ability to lift weights. My energy is up, my weight is down, and I'm starting to see the body I've been trying to achieve for years. Even as a healthy individual I can vouche for the difference it makes to follow a plan that's cheered on by your coach. Thank you Amy for being that person for me and helping me on this journey.
I started this program with high hopes and it has delivered. I had noticed a significant and rapid weight gain over the course of 3-4 years due to several injury setbacks, poor diet, and overall lack of consistent exercise. So I joined a very expensive gym and forced myself to attend rigorous cardio classes and training sessions and after 6 months was saddened to discover that not only had I not lost any weight, I had gained more. I was at a complete loss! A friend who had lost nearly 30 pounds with Betr Health pulled me aside out of the blue one day and told me that this could be something that would work for me. After my initial consultation call with a Betr Health coach, I felt so optimistic about this program and its philosophy that putting whole organic foods into your system, eliminating unhealthy fats, sugars, and carbs while upping water intake would restart my digestive system and give my body the fuel it needs to be healthy and energized. Weight loss for me became an added benefit to overall healthy eating/living. I am happy to say that after 33 days on this program, I have lost 22 pounds. I no longer have to drag myself out of bed when my alarm goes off in the mornings, and I have an entirely different outlook on my relationship with food. I am excited for more progress and happy as ever that I chose this life change!
Betr was the best program I've ever done. I learned the tools to eat better, less sugar and processed foods, and in the end lost the weight I've been wanting to get rid of.
