Very helpful staff, good range, and they offer servicing for scooters and electric scooters (servicing is done at other stores, I believe, this store is small). This is where you want to go for higher end e-scooters especially, but they also sell well regarded entry level scooters and great kickscooters for adults and kids.
DON'T buy an escooter from JB Hi-Fi without checking here first.
They sell protective gear including equipment suitable for off road riding of very fast escooters, and parts. But this is one of their smaller stores
This is the store for Electric Unicycle, and they have more available at the other stores than what the website suggests, but they may be wanting to get out of the EUC market.

Awesome service, I went to another scooter dealer and they insulted me and suggested I was a thief. I needed a new charger and bought it online with any fuss from Scooter Hut. The charger works beautifully. The company where I tried to buy a charger then said in reply to my review that Scooter Hut's supplied charger could be dangerous or worse burn my house down. Why do some stores think its okay to defame their opposition publicly. Look up my previous review & read their response ... Amazing

Billy ( I believe that's his name) was great in quickly adapting and making well-inforned recommendations for my ninebot max front wheel replacements- he was able to quickly execute the specific solution I was looking for at a great price and quickly!
I was booked for a Thursday, came in 2:30pm to drop it off early on a Wednesday and he was done before 4:10 pm and even helped pump my back tire without me even asking for it. AMAZING SERVICE and price - another independent repair store tried to charge more than twice the amount and quoted 3 days work.
I'm glad I checked in to see that they could make the specific adjustments I needed - There's also a 3 months (90 days) warranty on his work apart from tire puncture.
This is was great, my front tire was melted with the gel as I came in and in little time I was on my e-scooter cruising like brand new, and as if nothing had ever happened.
I already recommended this place to others I know with E-Scooters incase they need a tire fix.
All good! I just had to leave a review, it's rare to find quality, affordable, and quick service these days.

Placed my order on the 6/08/22 (Saturday), received an email on the 08/08/22 to inform me that my purchase has now been shipped and on the 11/08/2022 order delivered.
Communication is great and prompt with a $10 delivery fee was a great deal !!
