Had to post this as was blown away by these guys here.
Recently blew out my tire on my Ninebot Segway Max G30 Scooter. Rang a few places and had no luck or over the top expensive.
Had Scooter Huts emails for some reason. Decided to call the national number, saw there was a store in Robina, so called them.
Spoke with Raelene (hope that's spelt correct) and she was great. Took it in today to be repaired by tomorrow at under $100. Dropped it off to Brendan and all good. Got a message to confirm what needed to be done, I accepted it. 3 hours later, all done. They were great. Did EXACTLY what I needed. Did it quicker than they said it would take and fantastic price. Couldn't pick a fault with them.
Seriously, if you've got an eScooter issue, call them. A HUGE thank you as this is my transport to get around. Thanks guys

I don't write reviews that often but had a great experience at The Scooter Hut Brisbane City - I had run myself around Brisbane trying to get an electric scooter tyre fixed, unless they sell them, most places don't want to know other brands.
These guys were courteous and professional and fixed my tyre quickly and gave me a few pointers at the same time. Special shout out to Scott who made the whole experience a simple affair. Will certainly be back.

Visited scooter hunt in belconnen after messaging them on Facebook. Was greeted by Lachlan and he was the fella messaging me on Facebook. Lachlan has done his job perfectly . To telling me about the scooter getting it all ready for use and jot only that the store was run off its feet . This was my first time in the store and was absiloutly happy to wait for the scooters to be ready . Poor fella had customers everywhere but still managed to give me the quality of service that anyone could ask for . I'd recommend scooter hut belconnen but ask for Lachlan he knows what he's talking about

I recently bought an e-scooter here, the staff were great. Mac in particular was a legend, he answered all my questions (I had many of them, haha!) and pointed me in the right direction on which model suited best. I went with the E-Glide Ultra, it’s heaps of fun to ride and pretty quick too. The staff were so kind, they even gifted me a Micro scooter for my 2.5yr old daughter. Highly recommend this store.
