My husband walked into this store as we were suppose to take my two boys to botanic gardens however one of my boys had a issue with the scooter wheels. My husband , my boys and I were greeted by Lleyton and he was nothing short of brilliant. He provided amazing customer service where he explained the different types of wheels we can purchase and then installed it whilst dealing with multiple customers. He certainly has great multi tasking skills and was a brilliant communicator. Scooter Hut is very lucky to have this amazing young man and we have now changed our local scooter store to Scooter Hut because of the service provided by Lleyton. Thanks Alina

Great staff listen to what I wanted out of a scooter and yes it's a bit expensive I got the assurance if any thing went wrong they'll help me got the Inmotion s1 in the end and haven't looked back lol

My son's scooter lost a pin to the front wheel during a birthday party. The staff had it fixed within 5 mins at no charge and a gift for the bday. You just can't buy that kind of service. Will be doing future buys from this shop. Thanks Brendan
