Visited scooter hunt in belconnen after messaging them on Facebook. Was greeted by Lachlan and he was the fella messaging me on Facebook. Lachlan has done his job perfectly . To telling me about the scooter getting it all ready for use and jot only that the store was run off its feet . This was my first time in the store and was absiloutly happy to wait for the scooters to be ready . Poor fella had customers everywhere but still managed to give me the quality of service that anyone could ask for . I'd recommend scooter hut belconnen but ask for Lachlan he knows what he's talking about

I recently bought an e-scooter here, the staff were great. Mac in particular was a legend, he answered all my questions (I had many of them, haha!) and pointed me in the right direction on which model suited best. I went with the E-Glide Ultra, it’s heaps of fun to ride and pretty quick too. The staff were so kind, they even gifted me a Micro scooter for my 2.5yr old daughter. Highly recommend this store.

Such a bloody awesome store. Mac was working on our scooters for us, he had insane advice, my scooter looks fresh and sounds like a basketball!!! Insane prices!!! Affinity T bars on sale for fifty bucks?!?!?! Will be back. Fantastic.

The team in the city store were awesome. I had a simple issue with tyre on my scooter and they were straight on to it and were able to resolve for me within 30min. They explained everything and were very helpful.
I also enquired about potential upgrades to my existing scooter and they spent the time talking through some realistic options for me.

Head on down to get your scooter whether it’s foot powered or electric, for you or the kids, pro or recreational, you name it they have it at Scooter Hut. The brand new store in Cockburn is fully decked out and all shiny new with a great layout where you can even test the scooters around the shop. They have fab accessories and you can even customise the whole scooter. The staff are super friendly, welcoming, talented and knowledgeable. Head on down to check it out!! I’m not very knowledgable at all about scooters and found it really interesting and eye opening. Had no idea there was so many different styles and types, to suit every budget, ability and personality

I bought a Root Industries AIR RS v2 with 970mm high and they helped me assemble it in store andmake the handlebars even higher since I'm over 6 foot tall by adding an SCS Fork (with thicker M16 bolt), SCS Compression (four bolts) & SCS Adapter, and some glitter markers so my child could decorate my grip tape. It runs really smoothly

Customer service at this place is off the charts. If you're in the market for a new scooter this is the place to shop. We visited about 15 minutes before closing time on Sunday and the store manager, Massimo, went over and above to share his knowledge and help our daughter and us make the right choice. He explained what were the best options based on what we were looking for. We were not rushed and we left 10 minutes after close very satisfied with the A1 customer service. We will be back!
