Brilliant service. Took what I thought was a broken scooter in needing new parts. They took it apart, found a loose bit, tightened it and good as new. No forcing to buy new parts and no charge. Service you just don't generally get these days. Cheers Shane

I have witnessed possibly the best customer service ever in my life. The people are polite and professional. They were yelled and swore by the person in front of me (in front of his son as well I hope the boy is fine) because he refused to show his ID for a click and collect. Every one else waited in the line shake their head at him. The staff kept their calm. I drove 60 mins to pick up a C&C order. Fast and smooth!

Just purchased two Mach 10R scooters from Newtown today and we highly recommend the service right from the first phone call Emily was so helpful. We travelled 2 hours to pick them up it was nearly closing time and Emily offered to put them together for us . Emily and Alan stayed back half hour after closing to make sure everything was right for us , explained the ins and outs of our new scooters we were very impressed. We will be back when it's time to buy one for our son . I highly recommend Scooter hut Newtown.

I would like to give a BIG shout out to Scooter Hut-Balcatta, especially Josh for his outstanding and friendly customer service. Last Sunday, I had a issue with the controller on my Kaabo Mantis Pro, where it wouldn’t turn on after I charged it the night before. I took it to Scooter Hut-Balcatta that morning for a warranty repair and today, less than 48 hours they rang me to say that my scooter was all fixed and ready to pick up. They replaced the controller and gave it a service. Thank you Scooter Hut for your amazing fast service and I commend all the team. I was really worried I wouldn’t see my Scooter this side of Xmas.
