Just purchased two Mach 10R scooters from Newtown today and we highly recommend the service right from the first phone call Emily was so helpful. We travelled 2 hours to pick them up it was nearly closing time and Emily offered to put them together for us . Emily and Alan stayed back half hour after closing to make sure everything was right for us , explained the ins and outs of our new scooters we were very impressed. We will be back when it's time to buy one for our son . I highly recommend Scooter hut Newtown.

The Scooter Hut Malvern East is one of the best retail stores I have ever visited, the staff are so friendly polite and informative that I was riding away on the scooter of my dreams and I might add that Ajla the manager who served me was very very bubbly a nice I don't think I would shop anywhere else for my scooter needs after being served by her that day.

I would like to give a BIG shout out to Scooter Hut-Balcatta, especially Josh for his outstanding and friendly customer service. Last Sunday, I had a issue with the controller on my Kaabo Mantis Pro, where it wouldn’t turn on after I charged it the night before. I took it to Scooter Hut-Balcatta that morning for a warranty repair and today, less than 48 hours they rang me to say that my scooter was all fixed and ready to pick up. They replaced the controller and gave it a service. Thank you Scooter Hut for your amazing fast service and I commend all the team. I was really worried I wouldn’t see my Scooter this side of Xmas. I had a pleasant experience at this place. All the guys were friendly. I was helped by a guy named Jack, although I would say he needs to work on his sales pitch a bit , he was really helpful, knowledgeable and gave my wife and I a demonstration of an electric scooter. Scooter hut Fairfield is my local go-to for my Kaabo spares and maintenance.
Massimo got me out of trouble on a day that just wasn't going my way. I'd already started work early that day only to kick it off with a leaking water pump that decided to spontaneously give way on my car. After dropping that off halfway through my shift, I rushed home and jumped on my scooter knowing I'd not been using it because of the low tyre tread. Not having any other transport option I took my chances and rode back to work. It got me there, but it didn't quite get me back. I ended up with a puncture about 200m from the Fairfield store as I tried to inch out the last bit of life in my tyre.
I managed to limp/sprint there after they'd already closed but he still answered the door and managed to get me what I needed to get me on my way.
I carried out a little pit stop of my own at the store and I was back in action. Had it not been for his personal assistance, I would have had a very long and slow walk home.

My shipment actually got sent to the wrong address. I'm in business too, this happens from time to time, no issues there.
The main thing is how these type of things are rectified. Once made aware, Dani followed it up right away, kept me in the loop, got the freight back and re-shipped out via priority, and has now been delivered in time for my nephews first birthday.
